The House of Representatives is currently hosting the Second Annual Congressional App Challenge for high school students. This challenge puts students’ coding skills to the test by asking them to design an app for computers, tablets, or mobile. This contest is intended to foster creativity and interest in STEM education.  

Science, technology, engineering, and math are at the forefront of our ever changing society. Learning skills like coding today gives students an advantage in tomorrow’s workforce.

Florida’s 26th Congressional District winner will be chosen by local judges, and the app will be featured on display in the U.S. Capitol.
